Kicking off the Holidays
Start with the Catalina Island Community Clean-Up on November 23, where you can give back to the island’s natural beauty. Then make your way to Avalon Grille, M Restaurant or Harbor Reef Restaurant to celebrate Thanksgiving on November 28 with a delicious holiday meal. Don’t forget to grab a freshly baked Thanksgiving pie from Bistro at Atwater!
Festivities in December
On December 6, enjoy the Holiday Sip & Shop at the First Fridays at the Museum. Shop Catalina Holiday Kick-Off & Community Tree Lighting also starts on December 7, bringing holiday shopping, entertainment, and a dazzling community tree lighting ceremony.
Experience Catalina’s history on the ‘Round the Island Shipwrecks & Film History Tour on December 10. Then, immerse yourself in holiday spirit with a Holiday Concert by Loyola Marymount University Choir on December 14.
Ring in the New Year
Catalina will be hosting two unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebrations. Dance the night away at the glamorous New Year’s Eve Gala at the Casino Ballroom, or opt for a cozy seaside vibe at the Two Harbors New Year’s Celebration.
